How we handle contact inquiries and website preferences.
Responsible contact
Golub Superintelligence is operated by Zorbey Torunoğlu. Contact hi@golub.si with privacy or deletion requests. Business contact details are available on the Company page.
Contact inquiries
We use the name, email address and message you submit to respond to your inquiry. Please do not send passwords or confidential information. This form does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers
Cloudflare helps serve the website and prevent automated abuse through Turnstile. Your IP address, browser signals and challenge response are processed for verification. Resend delivers your message to our hi@golub.si inbox. The sending region is Ireland; this is separate from storage, and Resend stores data in the United States.
Retention
We use Resend’s standard 30-day email and log retention. The website server does not retain copies of messages or email addresses. Inquiry identifiers, content fingerprints and outcomes used to prevent duplicate sends are retained for at most 24 hours. If an active customer relationship begins, subsequent correspondence may form part of separate project records.
Browser preferences
An explicit language-link choice is saved in the first-party gsw_site_locale cookie for up to one year. It contains no visitor identifier. The form may keep an inquiry identifier, timestamp and content fingerprint in session storage to prevent duplicate retries; it does not store your name, email address or message there.
Access and questions
Only authorized team members access inquiries. You can request access, correction or deletion at hi@golub.si. Form contents and authentication credentials are not written to security or error logs.
